No underwriting decision
Merchant Blueprint does not make underwriting decisions. Final approval, pricing, reserves, conditions, processing availability, and account decisions are determined solely by the applicable payment processor, acquiring bank, or underwriting institution after formal review and supporting documentation.
No processor relationship
Using the platform does not create a customer, agency, partnership, fiduciary, processor, bank, broker, or underwriting relationship. Merchant Blueprint does not claim affiliation with every processor or financial institution.
Your responsibilities and acceptable use

You may not attempt to bypass security controls, access another merchant's report, submit unlawful or deceptive content, disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or use the platform to violate another person's rights.

Merchant Blueprint, its branding, assessment presentation, report design, written content, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant a limited, revocable right to use the platform for your internal informational purposes; they do not transfer ownership.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may revise these terms. Generated observations may contain errors or omissions, and you remain responsible for independently reviewing information before acting on it.
Limitation of liability
